An original project or a small problem you can safely practice.

Learn

Build on what you can show.

A case study connects a problem to your contribution, artifact and observed result. Explain the task, constraints and decisions so a reviewer can assess your work. Separate a planned test from an executed test.

Use original, fictional or authorized material. A screenshot alone does not establish how a result was obtained. Include reproducible steps, acceptance criteria, a correction and the remaining limits.

Worked example and review

Use the fictional example to inspect the fields and export formats.

The criteria and test are specified, but the project is planned. A completed portfolio case needs actual observations and an inspectable artifact.

Apply

Make your working record.

Plan or document one small project. State the criteria, record a test and explain what the evidence supports.

Work privately in this tab. Download a copy before leaving; refreshing clears unsaved entries. This tool sends no form entries to the District or a third-party AI service. Use service labels and non-sensitive examples where possible.

Project case study · start here

Add a project per record. A planned project should keep its outcomes marked unrun.

Reflection and next action

What would another reviewer need to reproduce or challenge your conclusion?

Reflection and next action

Keep an editable copy.

Text is useful for reading and editing; CSV opens as a field log; JSON can reopen this workspace later.

Show evidence / Reflect

Review the work, then choose a next step.

  • Your role and the input permissions are clear.
  • The artifact is connected to explicit criteria.
  • Test status and actual observations remain distinct.
  • The case study names a limit and a next step.

Reflect: What would another reviewer need to reproduce or challenge your conclusion?

Record your observation and next action in the reflection fields above. Estimated activity time and examples have not been independently validated with learners.
