Learn
Build on what you can show.
Start with one employer need. Match it to a real action you took and a result you can explain. Distinguish a team result from your own contribution. Use exact tools, qualifications and dates you can support.
A resume organizes relevant evidence for a role. A cover letter explains why that evidence matters to this employer. Reuse facts while tailoring the emphasis. If a result was not measured, describe an observable outcome without inventing a percentage.
For interviews, keep context brief and spend most of the answer on your action and result. Ask what the employer needs to see next. Keep references informed and obtain permission before providing their details.
Worked example and review
Use the fictional example to inspect the fields and export formats.
The example separates a fictional result from a real application. It still needs an actual role description and truthful personal evidence before use.
Apply
Make your working record.
Choose one public role description. Prepare a focused resume, one cover-letter paragraph, an application record and one STAR example. Keep the material in your own records until you choose to apply.
Work privately in this tab. Download a copy before leaving; refreshing clears unsaved entries. This tool sends no form entries to the District or a third-party AI service. Use service labels and non-sensitive examples where possible.
Keep an editable copy.
