Learn

Build on what you can show.

Begin by learning the role’s actual expectations. Ask the manager which outcomes matter, how work is reviewed and where approvals are needed. A personal plan should fit those expectations.

Use early milestones to learn, deliver and improve. Record an accomplishment only after it happens. Keep the work artifact, your contribution, feedback and follow-up together.

Worked example and review

Use the fictional example to inspect the fields and export formats.

All milestones are plans. The accomplishment log remains empty until work occurs.
