Build on what you can show.
Protect important accounts with unique passwords, a password manager and multifactor authentication where available. Review recovery methods through the service’s official settings.
A backup is more useful when a restore has been tested. Choose a non-sensitive sample file, restore it to a separate location and record the result. Describe the process without putting secret values into this worksheet.
Worked example and review
Use the fictional example to inspect the fields and export formats.
The example is a plan. Checked boxes or notes do not establish account security without the actual settings review and test.
Apply
Make your working record.
Review one account and plan or run a sample-file restore. Record the actual status and one next correction.
Work privately in this tab. Download a copy before leaving; refreshing clears unsaved entries. This tool sends no form entries to the District or a third-party AI service. Use service labels and non-sensitive examples where possible.
Keep an editable copy.
Text is useful for reading and editing; CSV opens as a field log; JSON can reopen this workspace later.

Review the work, then choose a next step.
- The record contains service labels rather than secret values.
- Protection and recovery checks have honest observed statuses.
- Backup testing distinguishes a plan from a completed restore.
Reflect: Which recovery dependency would be hardest to replace if your main device were unavailable?
Record your observation and next action in the reflection fields above. Estimated activity time and examples have not been independently validated with learners.
